根据前AV女优森下胡桃2007年出版的自传体小说改编，由前AKB48成员成田梨纱担当主演。森下18岁时从秋田来到东京，开始当上AV女优，并 迅速爆红，被称为AV女王。10年后，森下引退，并根据亲身经历撰写了自传体小说《从裸开始》。由于小说反响良好，于是传出了拍成电影的消息。在剧本的撰 写过程中，森下时常回忆起家人说过的话、拍摄现场、男朋友、挥之不去的噩梦。可是由于对AV女优这项职业存在偏见，剧本朝着与事实相反的方向发展。其间， 森下恨之入骨甚至想杀掉的父亲却也来到东京，与女儿重逢……
